A very light weight rule set drawing on Free Kreigspeil and Matrix wargame concepts to allow for any genre and any situation to be modelled in a fast and loose manner.
The complexity is transferred from the rule book to the minds of the players and referee - if you can imagine it and argue for it; it could/will happen.
