It is January 1587 and the Agents have been sent to Exeter to investigate a series of curious deaths.
Dee suspects foul play of a magical nature.
The Agents must ascertain that there is no threat to the strategically important port and put an end to any subversive elements they uncover.

The Roots of Evil is an Adventure for The Dee Sanction RPG, runnable in a four hour session with four Agents. However, you can choose to run it over several sessions and there are some notes and suggestions for expanding the adventure to fit into your wider Tudor campaign. Alongside the main PDF there are a few images for use in a VTT or in face to face play
